From the start I was hooked! I wanted to know why he was so obsessed with this particular patient? Who his wife was sleeping with. Why alice shot her husband and why so many times? To love this novel you have to love a good twist that comes the end and it is a good twist.
Switching between Theo and Alicia voice, I liked. It seemed to give Alicia a "voice " although she is refusing to or unable to speak.
What I didn't like was that most of the book Theo was painted as a white knight that was as gunna come in and fix whatever was as wrong with Alicia. I felt that was on the bit of the cheesy side.
But overall I found this book compelling and it did have me guessing until the end! Would recommend!
