This book left me with the one feeling, that I intend to have every time after reading such an amazing novel and that is, WOW.
This was a different POV then I'ver ever read in a book before. It detailed in mostly the narrator which was Dr. Theo Faber and then switches back to Alicia Berenson's diary. With those two put together as each chapter goes on made you truly inside both there heads and both their lives.
While reading this, you put together so many different perspectives and outcomes of what truly happened to Alicia and why she killed her husband or even if she did at all. And then the bigger secret of all, why Alicia never speaks again and stays silent after such tragedy occurred.
It's a story only Alicia knows and only Alicia can tell. Well, it may seem that way, but is that really true? Read it and find out.

This was the best psychological thriller I've ever read along with Woman In The Window by A.J Finn which is set to be a movie sometime later this year. I really hope as well they consider to make a movie out of #thesilentpatient because it's too good not to.
I'm looking forward to reading more of Alex Michaelides work to come and found it fascinating that his inspiration to be a psychological thriller novelist was based on every Agatha Christie novel while growing up in Greece on the beach. I also appreciated his incorporation to Greek Mythology because that played a huge role in everything this novel was and has become.
