I really liked this book! I work in the medical field, so I loved the medical aspect to the plot with the main character being silent following a horrific incident. I thought the author used the imagery in the scenes where she is painting or where they are describing her paintings well and I thought it added nicely to the details of the plot. There were parts towards the end that dragged some for me and while I was somewhat surprised by the twist, it wasn't nearly as exciting a reveal as I think it could have been. I don't often try to figure out the twists, but with this one, I did suspect it long before it was revealed. Even still, solid 4/5 stars and I would definitely recommend to a thriller junkie.
