Oh my goodness!! Why has it taken me this long to read The Silent Patient?
This is definitely an all time favorite book. It was very well written and I would read anything from this author in the future. He has become a favorite author and I really love how he writes.
The Silent Patient follows Theo, a physiotherapist, who is trying to figure out why Alicia murdered her husband. Alicia shot her husband and afterwards became mute. She hasn't said a single thing and has not reacted in any way.
Everyone loses hopes in getting her to talk, except for Theo, who is trying to figure out the truth.
I loved every moment of this book. I already want to reread it and I just finished it. It was so good. I was shocked by the ending. I did not see that comin whatsoever.
I highly recommend this book!! You will not be disappointed whatsoever. It is an amazing book if you love thrillers. I'm telling you that ending will shock you.
