As my title indicates, I have to say that this book is the best thriller that I have read in 2019! It's simply amazing! I love thrillers that are fast paced, psychologically stimulating, and filled with twisty turns that I never see coming. This book has all of those things and more! The ending is SO surprising that I guarantee you will yell out loud while reading. The story goes back and forth between the two main characters, Alica and Theo, and they both are extremely realistic and believable. I found myself racing to the end of each chapter to see what would happen next.
The writing itself was also very good. The author had a great pace, and was able to hook you right away and keep you engaged throughout the whole book.
