Alicia is a stand-out character from the beginning. She is mysterious and intriguing. The intense beginning had me glued to the pages to find out more about why a successful, happily married woman would kill her husband. The sense of "I need to know what happened" had me hooked! The cover is just creepy enough for me to grab the book.
