This book looks like it is going to have plenty of twists and turns. While the main characters involved in the initial crime may be privileged in a way, it doesn't save them from violence and trauma. The big question is, of course, what is the motivation of the therapist in working with this specific patient who refuses to speak? I can't wait to find out.
