These three teenagers have undergone an unexpected transformation. The Sea Is Salt, and I Am Salt is a moving multi-perspective look into the lives of teenagers. Three separate teens' encounters with depression and mental health problems inspired the characters. The novel used point-of-view chapters that concentrated on the experiences of each character. The story's setting appealed to me. At the start of the novel. I was perplexed after reading the first few chapters and had to put the book down and try to find out who they were.I found it difficult to communicate with the rest of the plot. I'd read it because I liked the perspective on mental health and depression.
