First off, I'd like to say that the content warning is extremely appreciated. Being prepared for difficult topics makes reading them so much easier and less anxiety-inducing. The writing is beautifully descriptive, painting the setting immediately. I usually give books 100 pages to capture my attention, but this one did just that within three pages. The title is a beautiful concept, and I can't wait to be able to read more of this book. Cassandra Hartt is going places with this novel!
