The title definitely caught my eye first. As a line from a poem, it's a rather intriguing title that could go in many different directions. But I didn't feel the synopsis did the title any favors. And the excerpt didn't really draw me in. I didn't care for the author's writing style and YA isn't really my genre. I'd be interested, but this would be one I'd check out from the library.
