The cover of The Sea Is Salt and So Am I by Cassandra Hartt is completely stunning and I will be reading it because of that! I will also be picking up this young adult contemporary novel because of the writing within the free sample bookishfirst provided. The plot sounds intense and interesting and based on the writing I bet it will be an emotional read. I loved that the author included a warning of the sensitive or triggering topics of the novel before it started, more books should do this!
