Having a family member who is suicidal must be horribly difficult. You cannot really understand how they are feeling and sometimes feel at a loss as to how to help them. That is the reality for two best friends Harlow and Ellis who share a unique bond. Not the least of which is the heavy burden that falls upon Ellis. His twin brother Tommy is depressed and suicidal.
