Like many others, I was immediately taken by the beautiful book cover. I was then pleasantly surprised by the illustrations and small details throughout the book, before being positively bewitched by the story. Somehow, the writing makes it feel like Ocean Drive is a place I've lived before, full of people I've known all my life. While I don't normally pick up book that have the potential to make me cry, this feeling has definitely spurned me to continue reading! I'm excited to see what happens next!
