The cover of The Scarlet Alchemist is absolutely beautiful and intriguing, so it immediately grabbed my attention. The synopsis implied some of my favorite tropes. The First Look did not disappoint. Hidden magical abilities for raising the dead that's also being utilized by the prince and puts her at-risk. I look forward to reading more.
