I'm very intrigued by the concept of this book and the idea of an alternate Chinese history story. At first I was worried that it would lean to heavy into the fantasy for my preference but based on the sample it seems like it will be just the tight balance of history and fantasy to work for this non-fantasy reader. I will be on the lookout for this one!
