I don't read a lot in the Young Adult or Fantasy genres, but for those who do, this is an interesting enough title and cover art.
Beginning the story with a day of darkness makes sense and is fitting for this type of story, but it isn't something that interests me. I like being inspired, encouraged, and entertained, and this kind of thing doesn't interest me.
