Alternative history is one of my favourite "retellings" and this one has all the makings to be a great one. Similar to Iron Widow, we've been given China in an age gone by... with a massive twist. The characters are real, the problems are messy, and the world has new surprises around every corner. I'm very excited to see how this one goes.
