Upon reading the first look I am intrigued where this storyline will be going. What does Scott have planned for Emily overall. So much deceit already yet unknown to Emily that it is all planned out and all the tests she was put through, then fired to keep the plan going. Scott is a very mysterious character. I am very interested to see how this story unfolds. In the first look of what I read I like how it started unfolding the character Emily to give an understanding to what type of character she starts as and then be able to see what kind of character she becomes by the end. Scott seems like a dark mysterious character, and I can't wait to see what type of darkness comes out by the end of the story and what his whole plot has been since the beginning!
After reading my ARC copy I am happy to say this book was amazing. The beginning and letting the characters unfold was needed, I think some of it was slow in a few parts while waiting to let the characters unfold, but I think Scott was the most interesting to me and how he seemed so in control but by the end wasn't. Once it picked up it was getting more and more intriguing and I liked the ending and how it played out. Emily turned out to be a great character and a great fit for the story.
