I'm not sure how I feel about this first look. Something about Scott isn't quite convincing me or pulling me in. I think the book will have some very interesting twists, but it wasn't for me. The writing was alright, and the story seems like it will be twisty and suspenseful, but I was reeled in by either Scott nor Emily. I think the book could be really good or fall flat, but I wouldn't read more to find out. I think the cover is lovely and eerie.
