Wow, this book sounds absolutely gripping, dark, and absorbing. Emily sounds like the perfectly flawed character that I would enjoy reading about. She’s offered a job in a beautiful, isolated estate in France so far from home— what could possibly go wrong?!? Everything! Sounds like the perfect recipe for disaster!
