I'm a thriller fan. You name the style of thriller and I would want to read it. Since the first look didn't work, I had to find other excerpts to get a handle on this book. Emily goes off to a secluded house, in France by the ocean. She is effectively cut off from the rest of the world. She will have to rely on her employer for news and information. While they might not have reason to mislead her, they have their own agenda. Emily will have to find something or someone to trust. Is she up for the unexpected adventure.
I finally got the first look to display. I don't like the twisting I had to do. This is a good start to this thriller. We have Emily, a poor, slightly scattered girl who is not sure of her place in the world. We have Scott, an executive businessman with plans of his own. It looks like those plans involve Emily.
