I've been seeing this book pop up on a lot of lists lately, and once I started reading the preview, I could easily understand why. The writing style and dialogue just sucks you right in. The characters are well-written and surprisingly relatable, especially Emily, which is interesting because I really don't have that much in common with her. I definitely want to read this and find out how she navigates what looks to be a difficult and frightening situation.
