Fairly well written but doesn't draw my interest. There's an awful lot of the character musing to himself and info-dumping information in the first chapter. I also really really dislike the cover. It's ugly and jarring and instead of making me want to pick it up, it makes me want to bury it at the back of a shelf so I don't have to look at it.
