This book drew me in right away. The characters are unique and fascinating. Seeing things from Mr. Sitwell's perspective really adds an extra element to the story. As we get to know everyone in the Barclay household, we also start to see glimpses of Mr. Sitwell's past. This excerpt had me totally engrossed.
