I loved that this book used an address book to reminisce about an elderly woman's past towards the end of her life. She uses the book to write about what she remembers about each person and how this person related to her life story. Her stories are unique and she has lived a good full life complete with her career as a model and her travels to live in other countries. She is extremely close to her niece and is sharing her story so that her memories do not die after she is gone. Her niece is the only person that is left in her life and is reading through the story as her health takes a turn for the worse. She is able to contact an important part of her past towards the end and is able to reconcile her great love. There was a lot of heard in this book that makes this such an enjoyable read.
