I enjoyed both A Man Called Ove and The One Hundred Year Old Man. The elderly are interesting people who have had interesting lives. The idea of an address book to trigger memories from the past is an intriguing one. I enjoy books that go back in time to help the reader form a better picture of a character and I look forward to reading more about Doris and her grand niece Jenny. From what I have read so far, Doris had an interesting life.
