From the very first chapter this book has the potential to be extrodinarily heartbreaking. Doris - even at 96-years-of-age, seems like a wonderful character the author does a fabulous job of getting you to fall in love with her right away. Additionally, the presence of her Red Address Book is intriguing and really draws the reader into the story. Bravo!
