I’ll start off by saying I very rarely read romance without vampires and werewolves lol. And this cover isn’t the greatest. Why does Harlequin keep using cheesy 70’s and 80’s covers? Anyway, I gave this 4 stars because I’m judging it from the POV of reading it as someone who likes romances without vampires and werewolves. It was very sweet and touching. And easy read. It’s so easy to see why Selena always kept Knox from knowing her true feelings because she didn’t want to ruin a great friendship in case it went bad. Sometimes I wish we could see the future so we could make the right decisions. And I wonder how things would turn out and what would be different. Maybe the timing would be wrong and things wouldn’t work out because of that. But now that she has another chance, she isn’t wasting it. And she will cherish him all the more for it. This is a really swoon worthy couple.
