This story started with a mystery that threw best friends Knox and Selena together to face the troubles in their past. At the end of the story the mystery is not solved, I get that this is the start of a series, but I am confused. The heat between Knox and Selena was there but for some reason seemed a little fake. Not sure why, maybe the focus on the list of Knox's daughter, which teared at me and kept me from really enjoying this story. Maybe I was just too sad to enjoy the love story? I'm intrigued by the side charcaters, Knox's ex wife and Selena's best friend, of course Will. I need to know what happens with Will! I'm not sure I will keep going and read more of the story even though I'm so curious about Will.
