The cover got my attention first - a man in a cowboy hat? I'm there! And I've been wanting to try Maisy Yates for awhile, as my aunt loves her. The first line grabbed me and made me laugh out loud, and I love a romance that has humor in it. From the little I read the plot seems different and interesting.
