This book has been on my "To Read" shelf on goodreads for ages now and I am so excited to get my hands on it! The first look was amazing and I'm so happy I got to read an excerpt. I love de la Cruz's work, and a story about queens and magic and assassins is no exception. I'm excited to continue reading about these characters and their journey. I love a mc who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty!
