This is going to be a beautiful fantasy book!

Oh wow, does this story start off strong and beautiful! I can already tell just from this quick read that this book is going to be intricate and unique and filled with intense action scenes. I love this author's previous books, so I am beyond excited to read her newest book. In the first few chapters, I could already tell that the two main characters were going to be strong and charming, so I cannot wait to dive into this world and learn more about these characters. The magic system is complex, like any good magic system, which I loved. Shadow's perspective starts off strong and leaps right into action. Overall, I was very impressed by the start of this book and I look forward to reading this story!
