Seems ambitious, exciting, and on a grand scale- I'm excited!

The writing style is elegant and descriptive. The first scene seems full of juicy royal drama and rich character back stories. The use of multiple perspectives seems risky but I am liking it so far, seems like a well thought out fantasy novel and I'm hoping there is a consistent sense of adventure and some romance to round it out. The cover (among other things) reminds me of The Cruel Prince, so my expectations are running high.
