I was immediately interested based off the synopsis alone, and the first look only proved what I had guessed - I absolutely NEED to continue reading The Queen's Assassin! A resilient Queen, a hunt for long lost mystical scrolls, strong female leads, incredible world building already, and lyrical, vivid writing make this novel a sure to be standout YA fantasy sure to hit quite a few bestseller lists. I can't wait to continue reading!
