So I've seen a LOT of books by this author but I have yet to read any of their work. None of her previous titles have really ever interested me. Gotta say, this one doesn't really either. There are SO MANY books in YA this past decade about royalty and assassins (I'mma say thanks to the popularity of the Throne of Glass series, thanks a lot, Sarah J. Maas). Anyway, the genre is just flooded now. There's too many of these sorts of books. So much so that I can't care to pick up another title like it.
