This feels like it is going to have some incredible world-building. This excerpt is a small introduction to the story, and already I am so full of so many questions for this island. I need all the lore for this place. Clearly poor Jaren is gonna end up on Leelo's island, and she is so tender hearted that she won't be able to do anything but help him escape. I am very interested in seeing where this leads, and I really hope we find out all the secrets and mysteries about this island and it's magical guardians.
