This book reminds me a bit of Wonder Woman with the hidden island where outsiders are unwelcome. I am curious to learn more about the magic system and the backstory of the poison lake. I would claim this one with my points, but do not know if I can read it by the deadline. I have been seeing this cover everywhere, and I cannot wait to read it!
