Initially after reading the summary and seeing the gorgeous cover art I was super excited for this book; the premise of the book seemed interesting and unique. However, upon reading the First Impression, I was left disappointed and thoroughly confused! The writing style was captivating, but I found the storyline to be quite hard to follow. Hopefully with the strong writing the storyline will get clearer as it goes on, since this seemed like such a promising read initially!
