when i read the summary, i was hooked! the plot of the plot (hehe) sounded very original. the cover is great as well! but then i started reading... it’s very slow with extremely detailed writing, which isn’t a bad thing but i found myself wishing the story could just get started already. i feel like we’re given lots of details about the main character that aren’t really necessary & it just couldn’t hold my attention. i really wanted to like this one but i think i’ll just wait & try again once it comes out.
