I hadn’t been a fan of a previous novel by this author (in fact, I couldn’t read it all the way through), but if not for her name, I wouldn’t even know this was written by the same person. This just seems like much better quality writing. I love the tone of this and the premise sounds incredibly unique and intriguing. I’ve been ambivalent about The Plot because of my previous experience with the author, but now I realize this could be a big hit for me. It just goes to show that every author’s work deserves a second glance.
