The plot reeled me in — it seems to unique to me. I anxiously read the first two chapters for the first impression ready to get into the thick of it. I think Jake is a little arrogant and I’m curious to know if this turns out to be one of his bigger flaws in stealing his former student’s work. I’m also curious about *how* Evan passes away and also whether the storyline will grow between Jake and Alice.
The cover is simple without being boring. I’d definitely pick it up off the shelf as it reminds me of other suspense titles.
