To be honest, there wasn't a whole lot to the first look of this read. It was relatively short and not a ton happened in the chapters that were included. That being said, the premise is very compelling to me and I'm really excited to read further along! I haven't read other works by this author, but I am familiar with them and I'm excited to eventually give this a read.
