I have had The Plot on my TBR list for a while now, and this first peek of two chapters definitely lives up to my expectations! It is very well-written and gives an intriguing glimpse into not only Jacob Bonner, the main character, but also what might lie ahead for him as he copes with being a third-class writer who has fallen from the “grace” of literary excellence into a boring teaching position. I definitely look forward to reading the rest of this novel!
