The cover is gorgeous, looks like water paint and just really sets the tone for the book.
Historical fiction is just not my genre. History has never been my passion so stories centered around it are hard for me to get into. Willow seems like a strong female character (which I love) but the narration was a bit simple and I couldn’t get into it.
