More Korean Historical Fiction Time Periods Please

I do not like historical fiction time periods usually in1900s+ so it was not surprising I did not connect with this. While important it feels like a story that is told a lot. Also, maybe my want to see certain Korean historical time periods be represented is part of my not being into the story.
I like the cover with the hanbok which we do not see on covers enough.
