I'm a big lover of historical fiction, and this definitely drew me in like Pachinko did. I have never heard of picture brides, so this would be a cool way to read more about it. Willow's character seems so naive, but I think she's going to get a big wake up call when she actually gets to Hawaii. I'm excited to read more!
