When I picked this book up I did not read the trigger warnings and I believe it is important specially for this one: transphobia, homophobia, misgendering, religious bring up
This been said, the main character of this book is a transgender boy who changes high school and meets Justice. Spencer, the main character, reflects perfectly the fears and doubts of, not only changing schools, but also putting yourself out there as a part of the LGBT community, specially the transgender collective.
Even though this book deals with heavy topics and I would not recommend it to anyone who might be triggered by that, I enjoyed it so much, I loved the characters and the plot was so simple yet exactly what I was looking for at the moment.
It is one of those books you can not miss. The pacing was just right and overall, it is a really worthy read when you are in the mood for it.
