I was instantly engaged with Spencer and seeing how he fits in in his new school environment. The set up gave so much background information without seeming like an info-dump. I am excited to see where the story goes as Spencer starts to make decisions for himself and how those decisions will affect the other characters around him. Even in just three chapters the characters seem realistic and it will be interesting to watch them and their relationships to Spencer change as well.
