Okay, obsessive, stalkerish and creepy are the first things that come to mind. Clearly Abby is fixated on her former friend Elise, who escaped a hard scrabble town for success in Hollywood. And now Abby is headed her way - but does Elise know she's coming? I never know how to feel when I'm reading a book told in first person by a person who's obsessive. Makes me feel kind of icky, but it would be interesting to know what happens when Abby and Elise reconnect.
