The premise of the book sounded intriguing, but the first seven pages provided didn't grab me. There was an excessive amount of description in such a short amount of pages. The premise is slowly set up, and it is certainly possible this book picks up in the subsequent pages, but the first impression didn't grab me. I wasn't interested in the reunion or what had happened.
